Do we have to use the platform to use the services?
Our team works in SageDocs, because that is what makes the work visible to you and auditable afterwards. The account comes with the engagement — you do not need to have bought the platform separately first.
How is it priced?
By the shape of the engagement: capacity is priced by volume, specialist work per project, and fully managed on an agreed monthly scope. We will quote against your actual consignment mix rather than a rate card that ignores it. Bring a month of shipments to the conversation.
Who holds the compliance responsibility?
You remain the exporter and the lodgements are made under your registrations. We prepare and submit on your instruction, with every action attributed to a named person in the audit trail. Approval gates stay wherever you want them.
Can we start with services and move to doing it ourselves?
That is a common path and the platform is built for it. Your data, templates and standing details are yours throughout, so the transition is a change of who logs in rather than a migration project.
What are the hours and turnaround?
